Forcibly clear a printer queue

Sometimes the printer queue just won't clear, no matter how many times you right click and try to delete the job. Here's how to actually clear it out properly!

1. Start > Run > Services.msc

2. Find "Printer Spooler" and stop the service

3. Go to "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" and you will see a list of files. These represent the jobs in the printer queue. Remove these.

4. Restart the "Printer Spooler" service and your queue should be cleared.

Get Command Prompt On Remote System

I've often required permissions to access a remote server/box, and despite a plethora of UNC paths; it often doesn't solve the issues I need.
For example, I once required to set full trust on a DLL on the box, with only UNC paths, this wasn't possible.

What I wanted was to open the server's command prompt, and use that like I would my own... Once of the answers is PsTools, also useful to logging out remote users when the remote desktop user count has reached its limit!
