You may receive this error with ASP.NET applications....
The current identity (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE) does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'.

The Solution:

1. Goto command prompt then navigate to directory

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727


2. Now run this command

aspnet_regiis -ga "NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE"
